514 North Bloodworth is an extensive renovation and addition to an existing craftsman style bungalow in the Oakwood Historic District. The restoration of the house leaves the original façade intact while increasing the house from 1750 SF to 3200 SF. Attic space was captured and turned into a second floor with a two-story bedroom, kitchen and dining room wing extended off the rear of the dwelling.
