Federal Plaza

Federal Plaza is a striking blend of traditional and modern design elements. Its distinctive red brick facade, complemented by large arched windows and green roofing, seamlessly integrates into the historic uptown setting creating a unique modern office. With its bold architectural presence, Federal Plaza stands out both day and night, embodying timeless elegance and functionality. The project was created by a unique challenge of the City realigning two streets, creating a teardrop parcel 40 ft wide at the road frontage and tapering to zero at the rear. With zoning restrictions given in the uptown urban environment, we created a 5,000 sf three level office. Olive Architecture carefully crafted the building to provide ample natural light and an inviting atmosphere, making it an essential part of the local urban landscape.
