The Courtyard of Chapel Hill

The Courtyard of Chapel Hill is an example of Olive Architecture’s ability to create a vibrant commercial development by reimaging and configuring a conglomeration of existing with new buildings into a village atmosphere. The design integrates open, welcoming areas with modern aesthetics, fostering a sense of community and connectivity. Work began in February 2011 and continues with upfit modifications/renovations. With its thoughtful use of natural light, greenery, and contemporary finishes, the Courtyard provides a dynamic environment perfect for social gatherings and professional interactions. Student housing occupies upper levels of several buildings.
